Perfect spot for exploring!

Loved the location – super close to the old town and not a hassle to get to the Guggenheim! The staff were really friendly and gave some great tips on where to eat. The snack bar was a nice touch for quick bites, but wish there were more charging ports near the bed. Still, overall a solid stay!

We had a grand time staying here! The location was fab, just a short stroll to the bustling Casca Viejo. The staff were real sound folks, helpful with directions. One downside, though, was the breakfast could have had more variety, like some egg dishes to spice it up a bit.

i wanted to love my stay, really! but the tiny room felt like a closet, and good luck trying to find power sockets! surprise, none by the bed. oh, and the breakfast was a complete letdown, barely edible. i almost thought about giving a nice review but couldn’t after such a dismal experience!

Enara at reception was an absolute chommie! She really made our stay lekker with her tips and friendliness. The room was super quiet, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Loved the breakfast options too, nice and healthy to kickstart the day!

Rooms are small with dim lighting!!! A better electrical outlet solution near the bed would be ideal. The window barely opens, limiting fresh air. The noise from the street can be distracting at night!!!

The Ibis Bilbao Centro was exceptionally clean and modern, featuring large front windows that brightened the lobby and made it inviting. The friendly staff were attentive, making navigation easy for seniors like me who appreciated the safe and accessible layout.

Clean, modern facility with a perfect location for exploring the city. It was really easy to walk to the Guggenheim museum and the nearby train station. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making my stay pleasant. the room I had overlooked a noisy street, which made it a bit challenging to sleep well at night. I also struggled with the lack of electrical outlets near the bed. an extension cord was provided, but additional USB sockets would have been more convenient. Breakfast was decent but could use better organization to navigate the offerings efficiently. The neighborhood felt safe, and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, which I enjoyed.

the ibis had a superb location, just a short walk from bus stations and the ferry. check-in was smooth, and the breakfast buffet was more than enough to start the day right. the room was quiet, and the shower experience was fantastic.

overall, totally recommend.
